The MTD800R ÄRA manual treadmill desk allows you to stay active in motion during your working day and offers you a holistic and professional workplace with its iconic freestanding desk. The manual curved treadmill is whisper-quiet, maintenance-free, has no electricity consumption, and is intuitive to use.
The iconic signature side panels are made of sustainably harvested beechwood. The curved walking surface is made of stable quality birchwood slats, which provide a natural-elastic walking feeling. A scratch-resistant, pleasantly soft coating is applied to the running surface, which also has a built-in powerful acoustically absorbing effect, enabling an unparalleled quiet operation. The slats glide noiseless on maintenance-free industrial-grade quality ball bearings and a rock-solid steel frame in the interior of the treadmill ensures safe operation and a user weight of up to 160kg body weight.
You can use the treadmill barefoot or with any shoe and the tempo is not limited.
The included stable electrically height-adjustable desk, provides you with plenty of space at a depth of 80cm and a width of either 120 cm or 155cm. As a third variant, we also offer a custom width. You can choose any width between 110 and 180 cm. Please specify the desired width in the comment field at checkout. In addition to the height adjustability, the desk also has the unique feature of a stepless depth adjustability. This allows you to pull the desktop towards you when leaning against the standing aid.
The innovative table top
For the surface of the tabletop, we use for the first time a new type of leather-based recycled material that combines sustainability with true innovation. The German made material is not an artificial leather, but a genuine leather fiber. This comes along with the advantage, that no animal is deliberately or additionally killed for the production. Still, it has all the advantages that leather offers as a desk surface: a pleasant smell of good leather, a tactile and warm surface that feels good on the skin, and a comfortable surface for typing or writing.
The surface is also resistant to scratches, fingerprints and to chemical influences of household chemicals and desinfection material. Of course, it is also certified according to the Ökotex leather standard and has no harmful ingredients.
The Walkolution advantage
The treadmill comes with a removable standing aid that you can lean on. This gives you another relaxing working position in addition to walking and standing. The desk is also adjustable in depth and you can pull it towards you when leaning back. The standing aid is covered with elastic nylon, allowing you to find a comfortable resting position. The treadmill automatically blocks in the opposite direction so that you cannot slip away when leaning back and thanks to its well-designed shape it is never in the way, even when you're walking or running faster.
The treadmill can be easily repositioned at any time thanks to four lockable casters.

Not having a motor in the treadmill brings many advantages: There is no annoying noise, no risk of motor damage, it is possible to intuitively adjust the speed with each step, and it makes the treadmill maintenance-free. And best of all, there is also no power consumption and no burden on the environment.

Minimal Design meets maximal function
A solid height adjustable table with an extra large adjustment range that offers plenty of space for your creative needs. The table top and the A-shaped base are made of the same FSC certified wood from Germany as the Walkolution treadmill. A very unique feature is the depth adjustment, already known from our "Wanderlust" series, which allows the user to move the table freely back and forth when leaning back.
Optional dynamic sitting
If you want a way to sit at your desk after a long hard day, we can recommend this innovative solution. It involves the use of a fabric-covered sitting ball, which is clamped between the legs of the backrest. On a ball you sit more dynamically and actively than on a normal chair. However, we do not recommend sitting for more than 2 to a maximum of 4 hours per day.
